- Services and Payment
The client acknowledges that all payments are for coaching or creative services and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Full payment is required prior to delivery of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If paying by credit card, the client authorizes Teen Success Coaching. to charge the agreed amount, including any balance due or additional services, to their Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.
No checks will accepted if charges are refused there is a $ 35 service fee, and the client agrees to pay any collection fees or legal costs related to recovering payment.
- Scope of Work
Teen Success Coach. provides:
- Coaching sessions (individual or group)
- Feedback and development of job application materials
- Pre-session or post-session assignments and strategy tools
Any revisions requested after final delivery may be subject to additional charges.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Reviewing and approving all materials prior to final delivery
- Verifying all personal information, including names, contact details, and employment history
- Providing accurate information for coaching or written materials
Teen Success Coach. is not liable for errors that the client fails to correct during the review process, or for inaccurate information provided by the client.
- Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching is treated as strictly confidential. Teen Success Coach. will not disclose any personal details without the client’s written permission—unless legally required or if withholding information would lead to harm to the client or others.
Exceptions to confidentiality include:
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly, or disabled individual
- Threats of harm to oneself or others
- Legal obligations such as subpoenas or court orders
Group or virtual coaching clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information shared by fellow participants.
- Technology and Communication
Coaching sessions may be conducted via phone, video call, or other digital platforms. Clients acknowledge that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when using electronic communication. Teen Success Coach. is not liable for breaches resulting from third-party technology.
- Coaching vs. Therapy
Teen Success Coach. offers professional coaching, not psychotherapy. Coaches are not licensed therapists, and coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health care.

- Strategic action planning
Clients agree not to hold Teen Success Coach, its CEO, board members, or associates liable for dissatisfaction with results. Coaching success depends on the client’s engagement, action, and responsibility.

Professional coaching is a partnership designed to help clients produce meaningful results in their lives, careers, and organizations. It involves deepening self-awareness, identifying goals, and taking action toward desired outcomes through structured conversation and reflection.
- Success Disclaimer
Teen Success Coach. makes no guarantees regarding outcomes such as job offers, scholarships, business success, or college admission. Client results depend on individual effort, timing, and follow-through.
Our role is to provide support, strategies, tools, and structure. Testimonials and success stories are shared as examples—not promises.
We do not offer legal, medical, or tax advice.
- Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, conducted virtually or by phone. The mediator or arbitrator will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- Acceptance
By purchasing or participating in coaching services, the client agrees to the terms in this document. A digital or written signature constitutes legal acceptance.
